Why it matters: As our Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our revenue operations function, while enabling our commercial teams to execute at a higher level. This role will focus on forecasting, performance reporting, CRM optimization, and revenue insights. You’ll be a key partner to leadership in supporting our go-to-market engine and ensuring the team has the structure, processes, and data they need to hit growth targets.
Go deeper: In this strategic role, you will make an impact at Axios HQ through the following responsibilities:
- Leading the charge in our forecasting discipline across the business.
- Partner closely with New Business, Customer Success and Marketing to inform our GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with Revenue leaders to develop, align, and implement territory assignments, sales/compensation plans, and quotas.
- Deliver actionable visibility into business performance through reports, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses.
- Create reporting tools and track sales metrics, analyzing how KPIs impact the business.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for leadership and the sales team.
- Own HubSpot workflow automation, building and maintaining complex logic for lead assignment, lifecycle transitions, data enrichment, and marketing/sales handoffs.
- Research and evaluate opportunities to improve conversion rates and segment strategy.
- Own goal templates and quarterly business review reporting

- 5+ yrs experience in sales operations and/or revenue operations
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs of high growth commercial teams
- Experience working with a CRM ( Hubspot, preferred) and developing dashboards, gathering requirements from commercial leaders to optimize insights from tool
- Data-driven and highly analytical, can leverage raw unorganized data into actionable insights
- Proactive, strategic mindset who can identify opportunities, build solutions, and drive impact with out waiting for direction
- Advanced Excel experience

- Axios HQ believes in fair and equitable pay. OTE: $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
