Job Description:
1 big thing: We're looking for a Senior Manager of Services Delivery to join our growing Professional Services team.
Why it matters: Our Services business is growing 40% year over year, with repeat customers driving a lot of that growth. This role is key to creating polished systems for delivering our client work and a best-in-class client experience, so we can continue to expand our partnerships.
The Senior Manager of Services Delivery will manage the delivery of our largest Services accounts and also lead process improvement across the delivery of all of our work.
Go deeper: In this role, you will make an impact to Axios HQ through the following responsibilities:
- Build more efficient processes for delivering our training and consulting engagements, from scheduling training, to running client calls, to collecting client feedback
- Lead on building new ways to improve our services delivery, making continuous changes to optimize the client experience
- Own client communications around the delivery of our work, to make working with us feel seamless, easy, and inviting.
- Coordinate delivery across our slate of client work, ensuring that sellers, trainers, and editors have what they need to deliver excellent work
- Manage cross-team resourcing and bandwidth—anticipating and managing staffing needs as we grow and deliver more work and leading on analysis and trends reporting on utilization
- Build efficiencies into current system for revenue recognition that reduces manual input and relies on our current systems (Hubspot, Float, YouCanBookMe)
- Serve as a partner to both account growth and delivery sides of the services team, by owning coordination and communication with clients
- Proactively improve our internal coordination that require attention and improvement
- Improve our upsell based on client experience and delivery
The details: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios HQ's mission and values - raise the bar, stay curious, be inclusive, always, and champion each other - and have the following skills/experience:
- 5+ years in project management and delivery
- Experience in client-facing services
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement and efficiency gains
- Ability to partner with and support senior leaders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify and implement operational improvements

- Base Range: $95,000-$105,000, depending on experience, skills and geographic location.
